since new mamagement took over,the hallways are dirty, you can smell whatever the people are smoking or cooking thru the vents in the bathrooms,maintenance is pretty good but the management office is terrible,elevators are very old,grounds are pretty clean and be careful because the gate guard does not make a difference your car will get stolen and no one knows nothing. (college students are what makes that property,without them they will be closed down
