I'm sorry but this now my second year living here and it is not all that great.What I really want to know is how the managment staff keep their jobs. These people are so rude and evil. I live in 9314 and this past OCT we had a very bad fire, on my floor about 3 door down from my apartment. It is now January going into Feb and they haven't done a thing! It's crazy. We went through Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year with our hallway looking like a construction site! They claim.."Everday their working on it". That's a lie. Then they go and fix the wall around the elevators on my floor. Guess what...it looks really nice. But Look at the ground and then the ceiling. We don't have one! This crap suck. They have yet to let us know what going on. But as soon as the have demands, they sure are quick to put up the dumb notices. The staff doesn't want to talk to you or care what you say. I going to take this to a higher level cause I'm tried.
These people need to be fired...then who ever hired should be to! That's the truth.

I HAVE READ YOUR REVIEW, I AM CONSIDERING MOVING THERE, WOULD YOU SAY THAT THE COMMUNITY IS A SAFE PLACE TO LIVE OR SHOULD I KEEP LOOKING, THEY SAY THEY DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT, TO COME BACK IN 30 DAYS, I NEED TO KNOW IF IT IS WORTH MOVING THERE, I KNOW THEY ARE A BIT PRICEY , SO I KINDA EXPECT A BETTER LIVING PLACE...PLEASE LET ME KNOW

Haste makes waste. (if you are in a hurry, in a large complex, they will take you for a ride) Wait for a garden or a lower floor but a view worth the money.

I lived there for about two months and the service these people provided was so bad, I didn't even care about breaking the lease and paying the money I got stuck with. Those people will not give you the time of day, even though you, the tenant, are the ones helping those idiots keep their jobs!! Please don't move there!! Too much drama!!!
