Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
moved to 9308 year ago. and did not re-new lease to buy house. should've moved here sooner. a cousin swore this was the greatest apartment ever! you can take that to the bank and cash it. we keep pinching ourselves to see if dream.
NON-ISSUE: service was great. actually responded ASAP to each and every request (a new experience for us). staff very friendly, helpful, and sincere. hope they're well-compensated! {however we sit in their office until all is crystal clear and come back everyday until settled}.
NON-ISSUE: only problem was 2-bedroom with 2-balconies and huge kitchen had fire. units rent lot hot cakes!
NON-ISSUE: you can't tell college kids party here until you enter the hall, and they open their doors, and you see inside, because the walls are so thick! [however when we speak to them, they move the party elsewhere' guess they want to party around other young college kids. speaking to people makes a huge difference. we did find one young partier in lobby balled-up, but paramedics woke her and she was fine, thank God. high-school and college kids very respectful as a rule].
NON-ISSUE: also are home when they make repairs (everybody can't be but it does help). never had breakin but our furniture is old. although a few eyed our better vehicle (you can park 2 here easily. wish we moved here before letting 3rd one go).
COMPLEMENT: everywhere is so clean. older residents have been here a while. we see why, lots of space, huge closets, eat-in kitchens, large balconies, very nice carpeting. view greatest!!! no pest, but we are extremely clean!!! no plumbing problems! toasty all winter and cold all summer and 100's of parks! exact opposite of that place down the road!
