Seven Springs Village

Not Worth the Money...Spend Your Money Somewhere Else Nearby From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/18/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I hear that Seven Springs is STARTING at $999 for an efficiency now. HORRIBLE! Every time I've had a problem or have a question the staff is extremely rude, nasty, and unhelpful. Mold is a reoccuring problem and we've had squirrels in the roof of our garden style. When my roommate and I first moved in, we had to have a TON of things fixed there. They presented it to us in horrible condition. My roommate bikes and has to drag her bike upstairs everyday because our neighbors like to puncture her tires in the storage/laundry room (I like to call it the Texas Chainsaw Massacre Room as the room smell of mold, is falling apart, is poorly lit, and only has one dryer and one washer). I have found a much better apartment for next year even though it costs about $50 more per month. I'll be happy to leave the dump. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
