Beware the stupid woman

Just as a warning to anyone wanting to move in, there's a very stupid woman who lives on the first floor of the 9314 building. She caused our apartment to flood twice from her own stupidity (once she left her kitchen sink running while she went and took a shower), and also her husband would stand outside our window and shout up to her while staring in at us in our living room. So just a heads up if you're thinking about the 9314 building, try to keep clear of them. But on the plus side, there's an extremely nice maintenance guy who doesn't like her either, and he was always very quick to help us with the problems she caused.
