Garden style - best I've found in CP

Lived in building 9322 on middle floor. Great parking, good space. No complaints at all. Free AC/heat year round in garden style (high rise only has one or the other depending on season). Very beautiful grounds for strolling around. Cute ducks. Convenient store is better than nothing. Free and premium gym facilities. Gated after 11pm. Right off I-95 and Rt 1. Next to Shoppers. No roaches! (This was huge for me.)

Just make sure you give 2 months notice before end of lease, and if you plan to stay past a year expect your rent to go up $70/mo.

This is the nicest place I've found in College Park, but it's a bit pricey. It's been a great 1br apartment, though!
