Seven Springs Village looks like a paradise in person and on the web. I've lived here for 9 months and have had mice. When I called for maintenance, I was informed that mice in your apartment is not considered an emergency. It took 2 days for an exterminator to lay bait and glue traps. In addition, the maintenance worker left documentation that he found 1 hole and plugged with steel wool (visibley next to dishwasher). Two weeks later, again I saw a mouse. Asked for a different maintenance worker who reported that he found additional holes.
I have spoken to my neighbors who live in the high-rise and garden apartments for 10 years who have all said that they have had a problem with mice. A friendly maintence worker said that mice are a problem on the lower level in one of the mid-rise buildings. Along with the mice, people leave garbage in the halls and elevators
There is a mom and pop store and eat in cafe on the premises and the community is gated. Don't forget your gate pass if you arrive after hours.
I am leaving when my lease is up. Can't take the college kids, mice and the out of proportion rates.

I would be money the mice are in your stove! They were in ours. We had to get rid of it before we got rid of the mice!
