Should be named "Alternate PG Fire Department Training Facility"

I lived in this complex for almost 12 years. I moved out earlier this year. The views were great, the size of the apartment was good. However, and I mean *HOWEVER*, the Fire Department was there almost every other week. There were ACTUAL FIRES, false alarms, and sometimes they were there and no alarm had even been sounded. This would occur throughout the night (like 3 or 4am). *You simply did not feel safe here*. The elevators were always malfunctioning, and you often had to walk up the stairs which were covered in mold. One of my floormates was actually stuck in one of them. There was a roach problem in my apartment, that no matter how many times it was treated they would come back. Also, when maintenance did show up (don't hold your breathe), they had no concern for your apartment, and would leave dirt or crap on your carpet, and could not care less. Also the outdoor gate was always broken, and then you would have to submit to security guard to see your personal id's, and spend 10 minutes while they scribbled notes about your car. Another problem was cold air coming through the windows. You couldn't put your furniture near the windows, unless you like cold air.
Oh, and the Fire Department Investigators were always there citing them for non working Emergency Exit Signs and failing backup generators. And they were also cited for non working elevators by PG county.
This place should be shutdown by the state. The property management should be thrown in jail.

I live there too and agree with you 100%. The people that work there should really be thrown in jail. They are stupid and rude. I now have a major mouse problem. I move out in 18 days. This place is nasty.

I agree whole-heartedly with the fire training facility comment. For the first three days that I lived there the fire alarm went off each day and the building was evacuated. It was ridiculous. I assumed later that it was the same drunken frat boys who used to scream in the parking lot at 3AM and throw fast food into the elevators.
