I live in high raise building on 5th floor. Although lots of tenants are UMD students, place is really quiet! Staff and maintenance are doing their best. Parking is on first come first serve basis, but always enough space. Although building is pretty old, they are trying to keep up with inevitable problems i.e. pluming. Convenient location: close to beltway.
