I lived here a few years ago and the apartment itself was decent. However, too many issues (i.e furnace unit messing up and the fire department had to come out twice, roaches, and the business department makiing horrible mistakes -messing up my credit). They have horrible customer services skills. You ask them questions and they act like you should know the answer. If that was the case, then i wouldn't be asking you! Right'! Thank God i moved out after a year but still facing problems 3 years later! Don't move here if you want to live in peace! And depening on the outcome of my situation, i will be posting names of the people that are extremely rude!

Good Luck! I'm sure i'm dealing with the same RUDE people too. They also messed with my credit.

I thought all of this stuff was "normal" until I moved into a nice, CHEAPER apartment in Laurel where the staff are friendly, the buildings are clean (when I lived at Seven Springs the halls smelled of urine), and the repair men come out quicky. Former Seven Springs residents, have faith! That place just sucks! As soon as my lease expired I was outta there!
