Poorly built, Rude neighbors, Incompetent staff and horrible maintence

I have lived here almost two years and can not wait to leave. The bussiness staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful, the maintence is not able to fix anything and has on several occasions walked into my apartemnt with out ANY notice. When I did have a maintence emergentcy (a pipe burst open in my kitchen), it took them 5 days to fix it.We have people comming in and out of the building at all hours that do not live here and the whole building reeks of weed and the bussiness staff does nothing about it!!! Also they have turned off the water about 12-13 times since I moved in and sometimes for days at a time "for repairs".The buildings are poorly built you can hear EVERYTHING in other peoples apartments.Parking is ok, though not the safest and the comminuty is not really gated becuase the gate is left open and there is rarely a secuirty gaurd present. The pool and gym are very small and not that nice considering the complex has something like 996 apartments. It is convenient to 495/95 and UMD, but other than that do not live here. The price is ok, but take the time and find something better, trust me the aggravation is not worth the slightly lower price. I understand apartment living is usually not always ideal,but this place has been the worst in my experiance. Overall, it is too big for the staff to handle so they end up ignoring everything.
