Honestly, this place is not my first pick. T--a in the business office is incredibly rude, disorganized and extremely unhelpful. THe maintenance staff has entered my apartment without warning a number of times. Rent increases are the same whether you have a 2 bed or an efficiency (69 dollars each year for the past 5 years has been my increase). The bathroom fixtures leaked and I had to have a repair man come out twice to fix a leaky ceiling in the bathroom. I caught about 13 mice in my stove, asked for a new stove and spent MONTHS arguing to fix this problem. Also the ceiling leaked in the hallway multiple times. The only way I can concieve that this place is acceptable to live in is because the entire area is just worse. Moving to a different area is your only real solution!

I agree, I lived in 9352 for 2 years. My last 3 months there I lived with mice. My mice would just come in the front door and run into the kitchen. I caught tons of them. It took them a week to come out. So when I complained about having to wait so long, they told me "mice problems are not considered an emergency" Maybe they like living with mice but I dont. I'm so glad I moved out.
