Don't live here.

We had mouse problems in our apartment from day 1. Not just one or two mice, but TONS of mice. Never a roach problem though, thankfully.. maybe the mice were eating the roaches. The front office is awful. They don't care about you because they don't have to. Unfortunately for us, and fortunately for them, there is a constant tide of unknowing and willing renters due to the University. The only saiving grace is that the University is opening up more graduate housing in a year or two. Eventually Seven Springs will be swallowed up by the neighboring Langly Park crowd (it has already begun) and become part of the suburban DC El Salvadorian Barrio and decent people won't be tempted to live there anymore. BAD PLACE! DON'T DO IT! FIND A HOUSE TO RENT WITH ROOMATES IF YOU HAVE TO LIVE IN CP!

I can't imagine living anywhere with one mouse. Why did you stay for 3 years with a ton of mice beginning the first day you moved in?

the bad thing is no one from the management company cares either, Im sure they have no idea whats going on......the residents should withhold money until they act on the problems and also now they dont offer security ( the gates are open all night ) but at least the guard in the gate house gets plenty of sleep

He stayed as we were in grad school and it is close to teh University...that is no lie. He also had a B--ch of a wife to complain day in and day out until they replaced the mice-infested stove. We also plugged up ourselves with our own money, the holes in the kitchen. The mouse problem cleared up (took about 5 months) but the attitude/maintanence/businessoffice, never got better. Honestly live in Columbia not in College Park

I don't have mice but I think its because I live in the 8th floor. You are a racist ------- and deserve all those mice in your apartment. I hope they pick at your face while you sleep. I live in seven springs village and am from El Salvador. You don't think that Salvadorans will be reading this review? What kind of a person raised you that you can just go around implying that an entire nationality isn't decent. You are an awful person and I hope you accidently get hit by a car. Racist people like you make this world a horrible place to live in I'm so glad you moved out. I also hate the staff at Seven Springs Village. They are not at all helpful with even a minor problem like loosing keys in the parking lot.

Ya buddy, go take a walk through Langly Park. I bet people don't look at you like you don't belong there. When people start coming to this country and respecting it, instead of trying to turn it right back into the awful places they leave, I'll start feeling differently about it. Langly Park is a disaster and it's slowly encroaching onto College Park. I have no problems with Salvadorians, I have a problem with the Salvadorians who are turnging that area into little El Salvador. Come to America to become American, not to continue to live in El Salvadore IN America. Why leave El Salvador if it's all that great? I hope you aren't one of those who sit in their car at 8am blasting mariachi music with the bass turned up to infinity. I hope you're not one of those who stare at white people like they don't belong there when they walk into a Langly Park store. Living in that environment made me how I am. By the way, I don't hate you or your countrymen, or wish anything bad upon you. I just don't want to live in El Salvador.
