I have lived at Seven Springs a long time and it has gotten "extremely" bad within the last few years. There are new owners and the new management is unconcerned about anything except renting the next unit.
There are mice, roaches and filth in the halls, elevators and lobby. Tenants leave their trash on the floor inside the trash bin instead of droppimng it down the shut.
Parents let their kids run through the halls day and night making noise.
Many families in efficiency units with kids up all hours of night with loud talking and doors slamming. When you complain, it is not sure if management even gives the tenants a notice. I have complained about one tenant four times in one month and still they are there and noise is the same. Don't leave a message for management on an issue, they will not return your call.
Run, do not walk, to another apartment complex.Be forewarned!

I have lived a Severn Springs Village for a little over a year now, and yes I do see the trash laying outside of the trash room, I have not had problems with mice, but I have had problems with roaches , Cars come in all hours of the night with very loud music playing, I often wonder what is the the reason they have security here !!! I know it is not a palce here a SSV, but judging from Spring Hill Lake where I use to live this is a dream place to live .....

I lived @ Seven Springs Village for almost 2 years. The first year, I lived in the highrise and had a mouse in my apartment, trash left outside of the trash room, and college kids acting like they have no home training. I moved into a garden unit almost a year ago. I didn't see a roach until, they began to prepare the apartment above me to rent. As for mice, when I moved into the unit, I plugged any and all holes I could find. I bang on the walls when I hear mice picking and scratching. As for maintenance, I haven't receive a long turn around time for maintenance. Perhaps those who do complain (not to say that they are lying)about maintenance, are behind or consistantly late with their rent?

My husband lived here for 2 years now and never had any problems until recently. Seem like the place has gone downhill. Just saw a mousey run into my damn stove and I'm NOT happy about that! It would help a lot of trife people wouldn't leave trash in the halls to help bring them in. After reading these ratings I never knew rodents were so big around here - roaches?! Wow, just when we were thinking to renew our lease! The loud music, stomping above our heads we can manage - but not critters! I gotsa get up out of here soon.
