Like the title says, the staff (two ladies more specifically) in the business office has horrible attitude. I have lived here for almost 2 years, and can't stand any more their faces. I don't think they value their tenants who pay for their living. I am not asking for smile from them, but basic respect, not sarcastic, skeptical ways of speaking.
I once called to ask about the referral bonus for my friend. This lady just doesn't believe I have filled out the form, and asked me what the form look like and how big it is. Come on, your job is to check the documents, rather than to distrust your tenants and insinuate that he/she is lying.
And certainly it turns out that I did fill the form. Tons of similar experiences.

totally agree...i have been in several other apts durign the past years but never saw staff like those in ssv.....horrible horrible horrible...
