Good place for grad students and young families

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
 
I've lived in college park for 5 years and at this complex for 2 years.

It's very safe. They fix things usually within 24 hours, I once had to wait 48 hours. They fixed my heating on a saturday night at 10pm!

The grounds are clean but not too pretty.

Grocery store <1 min away.

If you are looking for a reasonable place at reasonable price, live here.
