It' a good place for foreign starter here, but....

My family leave here for 4 months. It is beautiful community. We liked garden-style complex as our new home. Utilities are all included. UMD shuttle is very helpful. Finding a parking space near your home is very easy. Very close to I-495/95 and route 1. However, there are some problems:
1.It is not safe to live in the first floor! A theif opened a window and stole my home in January. "IT" should be a SSV resident. Then, I heard from my friend who also lives here that several apartments had been stolen last year.
2.Too many roaches.
3.Quite noisy from upper level and outside.
If we are not lazy to pack our furniture, we will move to other better community this year.
