Live here, not Commons.

Courtyards is basically amazing. No bug issues, parking is awesome, and there is a bus that goes straight from there to Regents garage. Management is terrific and maintenance fixes problems promptly. There are also community assistances on duty 24 hours a day to help with any problems. Sometimes parties can be loud but during the week, it is never an issue. Each apartment has huge rooms and a balcony. Also, much less expensive than Commons, the other on campus apartments. Commons sucks compared to Courtyards!!!

I will agree that there are no bug issues, that maintenance is usually good, and since the parking passes start there are never any parking issues (other than the limited visitor parking hours). The bus is a mixed bag since it does tend to run late or early and at the start of a new semester over-fills so people have to wait for the next one. But after the first month it is very nice. However, management is two-faced (lovely as can be until you actually move in - then unhelpful and rude even just to pick up a package) and the 24 hour a day thing is just a lie - it's a bunch of college students who don't want to get out of bed to help and often just tell you to call the cops instead. If you live in front of the bus stop or on a parking lot side it can get very loud and is a big problem all summer/any time during the week when it is warmer. I only knew one person who lived in Commons and they said that there were a lot more restrictions there (that's why her parents paid for her to be there). But a lot less of the problems with management and the other people living there. I have to say I seriously doubt that you lived in courtyards since everyone I have ever spoken with about it had problems with the management, complained about the trash pile ups, and the loud people in the parking lot after parties were over.
