The Courtyards at the University of Maryland

Live here, not Commons. From: cattedge Date posted: 2/19/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   Courtyards is basically amazing. No bug issues, parking is awesome, and there is a bus that goes straight from there to Regents garage. Management is terrific and maintenance fixes problems promptly. There are also community assistances on duty 24 hours a day to help with any problems. Sometimes parties can be loud but during the week, it is never an issue. Each apartment has huge rooms and a balcony. Also, much less expensive than Commons, the other on campus apartments. Commons sucks compared to Courtyards!!!
