To be honest, all things put together the courtyards are probably the best campus-run apartment to be a resident. Don't have to pay extra for parking (and they actually have visitor parking), cheapest rent (4br/2bth), largest apartments, small workout room & courtyards pool, and maintenence that gets done rather quickly. No repetitive card scannings to get to your apartment like commons...your key gets you right in. Are there parties on the weekends' Yes people...this is a college apartment complex what do you expect' Sucks to have to take your trash out to the one dumpster every now and then but they've def. improved on the racoon/trash problem. Go check it out for yourself...commons are over priced
