I will never live here again. As others have so eloquently explained you are NOT getting your money's worth. Yes having a washer/dryer inside your room is ok and a full sized bed. However do I really need to be paying almost $800 for only these two things. We did not get an official mail room system until recently, and the system we did get put everyone's mail bunched with your other roommates. So I don't even get a seperate mailbox for my own mail. The leasing staff are very rude and unsympathetic to any complaints. The walls do peel or crack at the littlest of touches, for example the paint near my shower is peeling due to the heat from the shower' The refrigerators are definently not big enough for 3 other roommmates even if you have a small weekly appetite. The walls are very VERY thin and you do hear EVERYTHING and I was scared to even kiss my boyfriend when he came over for fear of people next door hearing and thinking we were doing something else(lol Im clearly exaggerating but you can hear all the activities of your next door neighbor) I have not gotten a peaceful night's sleep since I've been here due to construction waking me up at around 7 AM( and this is not the greatest thing especially if you stayed up nearly all night for an all nighter). They promised a pool when we first signed up however the pool has just now been installed almsot a year after the building opening and the pool is 3 feet deep(I AM NOT EVEN JOKING!)......Parking is seriously atrocious where you have to pay an additional $120 just to not be ticketed every day on top of the rent. The computer room has 3 computers...the promised a fax machine, copier, and printer...The printer never works and there is no fax machine or copier. Utilities are included in rent, but it only pays for $20 a month...if you and your 3 roommates go above that you have to pay it. During the winter months it was extremely hard to not go over but we did by wearing big sweaters while inside the apartment and we barely use the lights we have in our apartment for fear of going over the $80. Also it is right across from PG Plaza Mall which is not a safe mall with a movie theater built RIGHT behind the builiding and you have to go through the walkway of our builing to go to the theater which I think was a poorly designed choice, so it is quickly turning into an unsafe area for tenants. Now do not think I am writing this as a spoiled privileged student. My mother actually maked around $24,000 as a single parent and I work for a living to help pay for my rent. I have lived in other less than glamourous places but never complained because I got what I paid for. This is the most expensive place I have ever lived in (paying around 785 a month) and I expected more for my money especially since I am struggling just to live here. I am disappointed and will be moving out after my lease is up.

I agree with everything you've said. Towers is a joke and I'm going to court to end my lease early.
