Okay well first of all the towers are 6515 Belcrest Rd in Hyattsville, not on Rt.1.... anyways...

Most of the staff are very nice - a few of the security guards have sticks up them but you'll find that everywhere. They host "resident appreciation" nights every month which is really nice - free food! The apartments are in VERY good condition, everyone who comes to visit is really impressed with how well kept the entire building is. The only thing is that the building has a lot of "freshman connection" people in it... i.e. they have night classes, which means they party all night and are able to sleep in all day. The noise can be irritating but the main manager handles noise complaints seriously. The UMD shuttle has a stop right outside of the building and there are restaurants, a movie theatre, target, and a whole bunch of other stores right across the street. I would definitely recommend this apartment - it's a little ferther from campus than others, but i can guarantee that you won't see a single roach or mouse here. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
