I have lived here for almost 2 years and don't plan on moving anytime soon. The community is surrounded by Greenbelt Park, an 1100 acre forested park that is part of the U.S. National Park system. The grounds are immaculately kept with seasonal plantings that are very appealing to the eye. Since we are surrounded by a forest the community is shielded from many of the negative aspects of urban areas, though we are one minute from I-95 and the Washington Beltway. Simply a nice place to live!
