Towers of Westchester Park

Worst place I have ever lived!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/6/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I have had the worst experience with this place. I have had my windows broken in twice, all of them. My tires have been slashed as well. The management team is rude and not helpful at all. The maintenance staff is nice though. There is NEVER enough parking, and people are always getting towed. You have to pay for your laundry, and hope that no one steals it! Don't move here, you will so regret it!!!!
