I have been living in this apartment for over 5 years. Recently something happened that made this place not suitable for any civilized people to live. At mid-night, a bunch of gangsters always shout out very loudly in front of the building, and the whole building trembles at their shouting and laughing. The noise is very much like gorillas in extreme anger. So often I was waken up by the terrible noise they made.

They are very energetic in making noise and terrify people. The management should keep these bad guys out.

If you wouldn't mind losing 2-3 hours sleep every night, this is a good place for you. I am thinking of moving out.
