Signing the lease here for the 2nd year in the row is something I incredibly regret. This place is awful; from the professionalism to the management office to the condition of the building. The rent is way too much for the quality and condition. Parking permit holders are assigned an individual spot, which means if someone parks in your spot it is your responsibility to call the towing company and figure out to do with your car in the mean time. The only visitor parking is 24/7 meters.
