Pros: It is nicely located right beside the campus and there is a shuttle to university every 20 minutes during daytime. It is new built, furnished, and well-gaurded.
Cons:The side beside Baltimore Ave (Route 1) is extremly noisy as aside the route 1, there is a fire station there which means waking you up often at night. The other side is more calm but your view is basically a big university parking lot. In general I don't know why they named it 'view', maybe they meant 'parking view'.
They took care of fixing stuff in my apartment usually good but all TVs and one of the equipments in Gym has been broken for over a year and no one bothers to fix them.
The management and staff have not much respect for privecy. They traet you completly like a dorm and not like a luxury apartment they claim in website. They would enter your unit and bedroom without permission to check things or fix stuff. They try to announce visits in advance but in practice you can never be sure when some guy enters the unit with their own key.
They used to say utility is fully included, in practice add between $30-40 to your rent for extra utility that they will charge you.
Biggest Con: They are well over-priced. There is a housing shortage for students here and they are exploiting that completely.
