ugh. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/26/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   management is extremely frustrating and you're paying way more than you're getting. the owner will tell you that at least it's safer than any other place in town, but i don't think it's worth the price. also, if you don't pay your rent on time, they send you a court order the day before the court date and they've recently started charging for utilities (which were thought to be included) using the most ridiculous system... be careful you don't get your money taken. If you can stand being more than a block away from campus and not having someone take all of your friends' IDs, live somewhere else!
