This place is extremely over-priced. In addition to the astronomical rent, the apartment throws on arbitrary extra "utility charges". January, when most students were gone, the utilities were $30 on top of the $900 rent for a four bedroom, two bath apartment. The apartments are mediocre with poor workmanship. The entire apartment has visible paint marks from mis-matched touch up jobs, the kitchen cabinets are installed crooked, the "wood" is actually plywood with a nicer looking wood wallpaper over it... The staff is unintelligent and unreasonable. There was no notice that the apartment was starting construction in the front yard until it happened, catching all residents off guard and causing considerable inconvenience for six months now. Terrible place to live, what a waste of money.

I would like to point out that anonymous mentions rent is $900: this is $900 per person. The total rent for the shoe-box sized 4-bedroom 2-bathroom unit is $3600, split over 4 people. One should also know that if you can't find a room-mate, one will be assigned to you.
