We moved in this apartment since last August. We were satisfied at the beginning. However, as you see from other reviews, this apartment is deteriorating in any aspect. First, the maintenance is a big problem. Whenever I had an appointment with rental office, their workers never came up on that day!! Please expect two months to get your apartment right!! Second, the carport collapsed in Feb. because of the big snow. It took me $6,000 to have my car fixed. After so-called investigation by their insurance company, we were informed that this accident was an "act of God". When we contacted with the management company, Metric Property Management, they did not reply your email at all. There was twenty to thirty cars damaged in that accident. Victums are connecting to take firm attitude toward them. Don?t be fooled by its outlook, you will regret if you move in. Please take this apartment out of your consideration. You can leave in other safer, well-managed apartments with less money you pay.
