All That Glitters Ain't Gold

Although this may look like an ideal place to live from amongst the dreary choices of apartment living in College Park, it is not worth the price or the prestige. The office staff are rude, uncaring , and bothered when needed. We had a bug infestation that lingered for about three months, that we weren't permitted to treat ourselves according to the lease. We were assured that it would be attended to within the week. It wasn't, and the everybody pointed fingers at the office. This cycle repeated itself for three months until it was finally taken care of. After strongly requesting some sort of compensation, we recieved $50 of one month's rent, which doesn't amount to much there. This was one of many problems, which is understandable in apartment living, but would have been much easier to tolerate had the office been more amenable. It's not worth it!
