Like a dead fish in the moonlight, shiny, but stinks.

Lived here for over 3 years and it is steadily declining in service. Staff in the office are more interested in paying attention to showing apartments to future residents than dealing with who already pays them currently. Furthermore, service takes forever. We have had a leaking fireplace, torn carpet and tiles coming up in the kitchen for more than 6 months with no attention paid by the staff. And, you can never expect to speak to the manager - they are either not in, out to lunch, or too willing to hand you off to one of the extremely rude and uneducated office staff. Expect to visit the leasing office and have to be squeezed in between staff's personal phone calls and future residents.


Needless to say, we are moving. The only reason we have stayed is the location, but we are now willing to commute to get out of here.
