I came from california last year and wynfield park was the one and only apartment in my wish list while I first laid my eye on it. During one year of lease, I only actually lived there for six months! "I tried all I can do to stay away from the apartment!!!"
First, there was a killer bee nest on my deck! It took them weeks to deal the problem!
Then, I realized that I lived with a train station. trains came in random and horned every time they apporched the station wheather it was 3am in the morning.
Then it comes the snow! Overload snow crashed the carports. If you were thinking to get a grage that will only make it worse! It was leaking snow water and tons of snow block the entrance to move the car out!
blender never works, floors was dirty and they said "it is the way it is!" one of my kitchen shelve was leaking water after snowing and it become moldy and smells.(so does the carpet) guess what! no one had response my problem until the day i moved out!( and I am responsible to clean it up). the security gate never works properly. lots of people sneak in the apartment!

it was the worsed apartment that i have lived ! If you are considering wnfield park, look closely!!!
