Awful for Professionals!! But A College Student's Paradise

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 1999
 
No parking after 9:00 pm from Thursday nite to Sunday nite. Beer bottles litter the grounds, security gate broken often, water seeping through ground floor unit, little/no response to complaints about neighbors
