Way TOO Expensive For What It Is Worth!

I feel this place is way too EXPENSIVE... I could own a home! Location is great and all especially for UMD students and very convenient to the beltway but, I doubt if it is worth the amount I pay!
Most of the management staff are nice except for some exceptions. I got a package deliverd to the rental office and some way somehow, they lost my package... Worst part of it all is that they refuse to take responsibilty for a package that was under their care. Really made me MAD!
And if I may add, the hot water does not last for more than 5 minutes, not sure if it is just my apartment, but only one person can take a shower at a time with a 30-minute interval.... So if you have a three-person household and you all have to be at work for 8am, one person better be up as early as 5am, or better yet, just hop in together, One big happy family!
Overall, this place is definitely not worth it!!!!
