When the glitter doesn't sparkle anymore...

I lived at Wynfield for two years. The apartments are tiny and way overpriced. Although Wynfield has some nice touches such as textured paint, molding on the walls, etc. the glitter faded within a few months.
It is very convenient that Wynfield is right next to 495/95. But let me repeat that... Wynfield is right next to 495/95!!! Not exactly prime location, more like a double-edged sword.
Also, it is safe' but the gate is worthless. It only seems to work when you have guest visiting or pizza delivery.
They lost my rent and I was forced to pay rent twice. In addition, they had to do severe construction in my apartment - only slightly compensating me after I got an attorney. It damaged $1000's of my property and left me nearly homeless for several days. The floors are very thin (as they are with most garden style apartments).
We did not want to move b/c we didn't think there was any better in the area (and that was partly true). Nevertheless, we finally found something in CP and it has been wonderful and less expensive... We went from about 650 sq. feet (with no utilities included) to about 950 sq. feet (with all utilities included) and are paying $160 less - (The ratings in College Park speak for themselves... hint hint where we moved to)
Overall, please don't move here.
