I love living at Wynfield Park. The apartments are beautiful and roomy, the grounds are well-landscaped, you can't hear a sound out of your neighbors and maintenance is prompt. You get your own full-size washer and dryer, parking is never a problem, and there's crown molding in the living room and an oval garden tub in the bathroom. The pool area is lovely and never too crowded. We have never had any problems in hot water, water pressure, the electrical system, the gas supply, or anything else having to do with the utilities. Digital cable and satellite dishes are available, as is high-speed internet access.
My moving in experience was great. The staff was so friendly and really seemed to care. The apartment was absolutely spotless, with brand-new carpet and just-painted walls.
The only drawback to Wynfield Park is that the neighborhood it's in (if you can call it that) is really not great. There's really nowhere to go on foot and no real areas of interest nearby. But it's right off the beltway (a half-mile away) and about 7 minutes from the University of Maryland campus. And they're building an Ikea right across the street now, which is very exciting!
I definitely give Wynfield Park the highest rating possible. I saw what seemed like a million apartments before I found this one, and now I'd never rent anywhere else.
