Bottom line: don't get tricked. This place is the worst. For the rent they charge, it's one of the worst values in the entire Mid-Atlantic area. Do everything in your power to live somewhere else.

Wynfield Park is a "sheep in wolf's clothing". It might look nice no the outside, but once you're a part of the "community", the REAL nightmare begins.

Parking is a disaster. If you have more than one vehicle, don't even consider living here. There's no easy way to get to a Metro stop, so that's not an option, either.

The apartment complex is packed with low income families who cannot afford housing in the highly priced DC market. Open an apartment door at Wynfield and prepare for a situation like a clown-car with family members piled on top of each other.

The staff makes it the worse. They don't care about you once you've signed the lease. They'll do NOTHING to ever accommodate a special request. Metric Properties should be embarrassed by the unprofessional nature of their on-site property manager, in particular.

PLEASE learn from my mistake. Your entire life will take a turn for the worse by signing on to live here.

I agree - for me this place has been awful. The previous manager was extremely rude and unfriendly - many of the units do not accommodate Direct TV because there is no reception - the trash area is always overflowing and usually has a number of racoons lerking around - I found the maintenance staff to be rude and unknowledgeable about maintenance problems. Overall, I didn't find this to be a good place to live.
