I lived in wynfield for two years, and for two years I had problems, ranging from no heat in the winter, no air conditioning in the summer, and no parking places for two cars. This place might look good from the out side, but so does a fat girl in a bar after 15 Budlights.... if you like grabbing your ankles and enjoy being bent over then move to the wonderful community of Wynfield Park. Once you sign the lease you might as well live out of your car becuase your rent should be the price of a three story home in Bethesda, not a one floor two bedroom with a closet as a third bedroom. I have seen more people fit in a Bug then in Wynfields largest living slum. I am glad I am outside of those gates that seem to never be shut anyways.... well good luck and if at all cost Don't move in to that S**t Hole. Most importantly I have seen a more steady staff at McDonalds.... Wynfield changes employees like Ikea across the street, maybe thats why nothing ever gets done. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS

I agree. Especially about the lack of heat and air. There should be a law against renting apartments with defective air and heating elements. I nearly froze last winter. I finally gave up asking for heat and just decided to invest in a small space heater and camp out in the bedroom. I got more heat from the space heater than I did from the noisy heating element provided by the apartment. I found this to be an awful place to live.
