I have lived here for six months. We had a few problems when we first moved in-- our dryer wasn't drying clothes completely, our sink was leaking, and the screen got blown out of our window. It took a few tries for them to fix the sink and the screen is still not completely in the window, but overall I think this is the nicest place to live in College Park. The complex is very clean and well maintained. The only problem is in the winter when it snows. The plowing job they did was terrible and I couldn't move my car until the snow melted. Another annoying thing is the tow truck that comes around at 4am on a weekday to tow unauthorized cars. My final complaint is that when we moved in, they told us that there would be lots of community events with free food etc. I think there has only been one since we moved in, but maybe that will change this summer.
