The H/AC unit is probably as old as the apartment complex itself. It's so loud; it wakes me up at night. It doesn't heat or cool effectively. That together with very poor insulation around the door and windows increases my electric and gas bills. During an extremely cold spell last year, I was told that I couldn't expect to get more heat because it was so cold outside; however, the rental office was nice and toasty - the reason they gave me for that was because the office is a much larger space than my apartment''''''''' I moved in during the summer but the AC didn't get reparied until last September'''''''''''' With all of the residents living in this complex, there is only one trash drop-off location. I always find it messy, smelly and frightening. I have one clothes closet and one coat closet - both are extremely small and inadequate. There is a waiting list to get storage space. There is a garage beneath my bedroom. The tenant goes in and out alot - the noise is distrubing to me. There is a limited variety of exercise equipment in the fitness center. Tenants moving in and out of the building always park their vehicle beneath my bedroom window - they are always loud. There are a set of stairs on the wall were by bed is - tenants are always going up and down the stairs - the resulting noise is outrageous - especially if you are trying to sleep. Located on Rt 1 is okay for easy access to 495 and 95 but it is soooooooooooo congested. I do like the shower head - I get a nice forceful shower - I love that! I wish I had shopped around more before I signed on the doted line. I'm looking forward to moving on at the end of my lease. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
