The apartment were very attractive at first sight, as time goes by and you live there the problems arise. Poor architecture, dark closets, doors that open in the way of other doors. The floors seem to be paper thin, as you can hear every step from the apartment above. My apartment faced to the west and only gets good sun in the evening. The main reason I moved out was the way the management staff treats the tenants. I have spoke to many residents & ex-residents that have told me some of the most rediculous stories I have ever heard. I can tell the difference in being nice and helpful or just a bunch of lip service to make you go away. Wynfield Park management waste a bunch of your time with lip service, instead of working with you to fix the problems. Beware the front office staff is the best I have ever delt with, but once it has to go beyond them, look out. There are much better place live in the area, where you are treated like a person rather than a monthly payment. All you have to do is just look across the street and compare, you will be amazed by the difference.

I felt the maintenance people were very unknowledgeable about maintenance issues. I often wondered what was the requirment for them to be hired. Not only that - they were also rude and irresponsive at times. If you are apartment hunting: keep looking!
