I just renewed my lease at Wynfield Park for another year. I love living close to my workplace, and being close to Rt. 1 and the Beltway. I have a garage that is attached to the apartment and so I have not had to scrape ice off my car all winter. The apartment management are very dog friendly and give my dog a treat every time we come to the office. There are woods just behind the property for easy access for dog walking. The office staff is friendly and helpful, though I have had some maintenance issues off and on. Maintenance is a problem no matter where in the DC area you live, though. The grounds could use a little sprucing up and the lighting is spotty at night. I can hear my neighbors briefly as they walk by my front door, but overall my building is very quiet.
