awful! current living in the apartment, can't wait to move out! room has been broken in during winter holiday, leasing office did not say a word about it. Once report door opened by stranger few months earlier, leasing office said i did not lock my door properly! What the hell!

Affordable and Convenient for UMD Student Great location, right next to UMD Campus and close to several stores.
No crime... yet.
Great new management, very personable and friendly.
Parking is fine.
Complex is quieter than the Varsity, View, and University Club by a mile. Too

Don't move here This is a terrible place with a very ad management officer. She never talked nice to any body. When we need to fix any thing we have to wait for long time until we get a respond.They also recharged us for things we have no Idea about it.
I don't recommend it to anyone.
