Paying to Live in the Projects!

Once you move in, you are pretty much on your own. Don?t expect to be able to reach an actual person when you call the management office. All you?ll ever get is voicemail. You certainly can?t expect anything to be fixed correctly or in a reasonable time frame (try two weeks or more with no maintenance after a request has been made, and once they show up the problem still isn?t fixed). I?ve fixed several things myself.
However, if you enjoy getting drunk in the parking lot with your friends, if you like seeing that same parking lot used as a public urinal, if you like the feeling of danger that comes when you live around a bunch of drunks (who vanalize cars and shout obscenities to women passing by) this place is for you!
With a little effort (and a lot of new appliances) this place could be nice. Yet, it?s managed by what can only be described as a slumlord who has no problem cashing rent checks but never doing any work. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
