Well, where to begin. First, Roaches, Soccer in the parking lot, Group Corona parties on Friday and Saturday nights, Loud petboy suped up cars zooming in the parking lot rummmmm. And then we get to the Management or may I say mis-management. Mainance is slow, really slow until threatened. The office is run unprofessionaly. Their books are kept a mess. Rent here think fixer-upper. You need skills to live here. Alot of decent neighbors but alot of anoyances. Come here if it is a last resort.
