My family has lived here for over 6 months and in just that little time we had a broken dryer(which took weeks to replace) and we have a 5 month old baby. We probably would have never got one had we not called literally every day for 4 weeks and bugged the staff so much.
This neighborhood is definitely not the safest or quietest in summer. People laying in the parking lot drinking and messing with people's cars. I don't feel safe coming home at night and walking to my apt.
This is a step up from southeast dc.
I reccomend not settling for this place especially if you have kids.
We cannot wait to move.
One good thing is we have cool neighbors.
