It's possible that there are worse places to live...

But, I doubt those places charge more than $1000 to live there. The staff in the office is polite (when they are actually there-- seldom do I walk by when there is not an "Out of office" sign up), but brutally unhelpful. They say that only people who had bad experiences post here- maybe they're right, I had a horrible set of experiences here. From maintenance that thinks responsiveness is getting something done just slightly before your lease is up, to pot-smoking drunks on the playground, there are few redeeming features here. The scenery is nice, when the ground isn't littered with beer and malt liquor bottles. As an added bonus, check out the state registered sex offenders on this street. I hate, hate, HATE this place!! I have no problems with noise here, other than the occasional sound from the mall or concert facility across 29. A lot of reviews here end with "if you'd like to get shot/mad/etc., move here"- I'm simply going to close with: Don't move here. Simply don't do it- I know several people here and none of them like it, all of them think about suing the management for one reason or another. Hey, you COULD have a good experience here, but with so many bad reviews, why would you try' BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
