Well...
yea, the neighborhood is somewhat unsafe. But you don't see junkies standing outside your door and you don't hear police sirens every half and hour. Nothing has really gone wrong with our apartment however the only thing I don't like about maintance and if you put in a request they can come ANY time after that...unannounced. they just use thier spare key and walk right into your home! I got QUITE a surprise one morning when I woke up and there was a MAN in my kitchen. On good news, the rooms are VERY spacey as well as the closets, living room and kitchen. I suggest autumn for those of you who are new to the area and cant afford much more than 900 a month. They are a good deal for your money!
