I just moved in and am happy with my apartment and the neighborhood. My neighbors seem nice; lots of people walking dogs; management seemed very friendly (at least to me they were). I love how we're surrounded by grass and trees (everywhere). I have new carpets, newly painted walls, a new fridge, and a new stove coming. The only thing that I don't like is the fact that I can hear my upstairs neighbors when they walk around (not all the time, but enough to know that they're up there). We'll see how things develop, but overall, I am satisfied.
