Autumn Crest Apartments is completly not worth the money. From the first day we moved in I almost got into a screaming match with the manager! She was very rude and treated me like I was an idiot! We pay over $1100 a month and I can't even get them to fix the leak in my bathroom ceiling. I have ask 4 times for them to send someone to spray for bugs and yet they refuse. MOLD is growing all over my apartment, I can hear the people upstairs walk, take showers, use the bathroom, and yes I can even hear them lovemaking! The parents around here let their children run freely all over the complex (which is a very unsafe complex). I have children knocking at my door all day long, some wanting food and others get locked out by their parents. At the playground I found broken bottles and drug syringes! There is almost always a game of parking lot football going on and many cars have been damaged by this. I even informed the manager and she said there was nothing she could do. She also refused to ask the upstairs tenent to turn down their music which starts at 7:30 AM and goes on to about 10:30PM. The bass is so loud I can see my pictures on the wall rattle! From what I have seen it seems that 50-75% of the people here are on section 8. Grady Management is a SLUMLORD! Please DO NOT move here!

Well i Can tell you I have the same problem with them now, I moved in on the 29th on March 06 in may i had a bad leak in the Bathroom up untill noe they never fix it. now im moving out the only gave me a 200.00 dollar credit for all the monts i've been there we're thinking about gettin a lawyer cuz it was so not worthed, had had it all Spiders, Mildew, mold, crikets, leaks. Everymorning i had to mope the Bathroom cuz it was wet. Please take my advise do not move there.
